AK07 GYP This car is still at the back of the garages where we have to park. This car has not been moved and has just been left there. I have already reported this but you replied on 23rd July when it was first reported and said:- Not all nuisance vehicles are abandoned. A car parked in the road, outside your house, for a few days is probably not abandoned, even if it is a nuisance. So a few days have now passed and it clearly has been left/abandoned as still not moved. As residents of Denby walk the only parking we can use so as not to block other gates/garages is about 6 spaces at the end of the garages, we are unable to drive down the side anymore as big boulders were put there a few years ago. So this is causing a problem.

  • An officer will investigate the vehicle and if on inspection it is considered to be abandoned, a notice will be issued.
