The empty former retail premises have a boundary hedge (with thorns) overhanging and obstruction 1/3 of the pavement ( which itself is narrow and very close to the busy Reading Rd) Notice under sec 154 of the Highways Act needs to be served on the owners who are Richard Baldus Property Manager Gibbs & Dandy Merchant House, Binley Buisness Park, Harry Weston Rd Coventry.
