Litter, urine and graffiti under subway

The subway closest to the River Kennet when travelling between Brook St West and the River Kennet. There has been a build up of litter, drug paraphernalia, bodily fluids, graffiti. It is an overall unpleasant experience to walk through here. There is also a missing litter bin. There needs to be more regular cleaning of the area considering it is a place where people regularly congregate for anti social behaviour.
