Potential flood risk - manholes (and utilities) put in drainage ditch
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7976715.
A series of manhole covers have appeared in the roadside ditch and section of the ditch appear to have been filled in. Not clear if this is new utilities or whether the watercourse has been culverted. Either way, the highway ditch and drainage appears to have been compromised? Was WNC’s Flood and Water team consulted? Has permission been sought from WNC highways?
