Support poles for tree not doing their job

Reported via desktop in the Young Tree Requires Maintenance category anonymously at 13:05, Mon 4 August 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7976605.

The tree outside 108 Petts wood road, is suffering because its support poles are no longer firm in the ground and are not supporting it. Can they be replaced please as we like this tree. It has been like this for around 2 months and the tree bends a lot in the wind.
