This car as parking extremely dangerous. There is no room for emergency vehicle to pass. We have let a polite note on the car not to park here however it was ignored.

Good morning My neighbour from number 45 Leary Crescent is parking everywhere. All these cars belong to her visitors. It is becoming impossible for me to get out of my own parking space. This happens nearly every day. Could you please do something about it, as I would like to make a formal complaint?
