If KCC do not reply to third party emails, presumably a report on Fix My Street, what is the point of anyone reporting anything on that website? I don't understand. So will this tree be allowed to fall on a passing vehicle when we get more winds? The landowner may be responsible, but the LA ought to discuss it with them.

The tree on private land looks to be falling and spans the width of the road. This is incredibly dangerous for anyone driving from main road to Westerham hill and vice versa

In a phone conversation I had with them, Kent county council claimed they did not use your service and that you had not reported it correctly to their highways dept. You need to get them to use you as other authorities do.
