This street furniture has no identifiable owner. It was graffiti’d about 18 months ago when the prolific HPR had a spree all around the Avenue in Kew. Most of his/their handiwork has been removed. There is an additional street furniture covered in HPR on the southwest corner of Ennerdale road and the Avenue. It was done at the same time.
