Everyime it rains, even a brief shower, all of the drains on this side of the road are not draining causing it to flow down the road. When it is particularly bad rainfall the water spills over into the property - number 93 - which is in turn causing problems with flooding at the front of the property

  • Thank you for bringing the drainage issue at Banbury Road to our attention. We truly appreciate your proactive approach in helping us maintain the quality of our highways. We are pleased to inform you that the Parish or Town of Kidlington North is scheduled for gully emptying in the first/second/third/four quarter of this financial year (Months). All Highway Surface Water Assets in the area are planned to be thoroughly cleansed within this timeframe. Please note that this is a proposed timescale and may be subject to delays due to severe weather conditions or resource availability.
