Drain blocked/ Manhole covering sinking

Sent to Norfolk County Council and South Norfolk District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7972378.

The drain at this junction is completely blocked. Also manhole cover sinking in Victoria rd looks like has been reported before. It will not last much longer with lorries driving over it only a matter of time before it collapses.
