Pothole / hole in road next to drain / sunken kerb

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7970496.
The drain has started to sink, crumbling the road and there is a hole in the tarmac through to the drain. The kerb has been pullled down and is broken. It is a hazard and a matter of time before it collapses!

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
