Area round manhole cover

Opposite St George's Road. Area around manhole cover has not been filled in properly since the road was resurfaced, or if it has, the tarmac has sunk significantly.

    It's between 194 Waverley Road and 130 St George's Road. This has significantly deteriorated since I first reported it. Again, this is a hazard for cyclists in the dark night, especially as it's on a corner when they whizz round at speed.
