The High Street in Scaldwell was recently re surfaced but not all of the white no parking lines were repainted

There is supposed to be a white no parking line that runs from the corner to the railings of Lavender Cottage. Please see photos. The line was not repainted following re surfacing.

  • The precise location for the white line is where the High Street joins the Green and ran the entire length of The Old Fox NN6 9JS stopping at the railings of Lavender Cottage

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
