THIS FENCE HAS BEEN ERECTED AT THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY ,WHICH SHOULD ONLY BE 3FEET HIGH.(AT THE FRONT).NOT 6FT .IT IS AN OBTRUCTION FOR CARS TURNING THE CORNER AND IS AN EYESORE.Also the bushes are all growing over the path and are prickly.It was all open plan as it should be when the people moved in ,now they have planted a large hedge and irregular fencing...please investigate this as at the front of a property this is not allowed.
