Excessive leaves, debris and weeds

Walking up Marldon Road and there was large amount of leaves, debris and detritus. There was a piece of 3x2” timber in the gutter which I placed onto the pavement out of harms way. There was also a large rock on the pavement which has dislodged from a retaining wall. There was also further I walked up the hill, was struck how much organic material was to the sides of the kerb and pavement with weeds growing in the cracks.
