Drains blocked and road laying gravel making it a skid risk

Reported via desktop in the Flooding/Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 15:40, Fri 1 August 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7966447.

Drains at either side of Washinton Avenue entrance are either fully blocked with mud and weeds, or nearly blocked. In heavy rain the water pools across the junction. All the grit from previous road laying has washed down and collected here, adding to drain blockage. Cyclists have skidded on this surface on wet & dry conditions.
