Grass verge has not been landscaped

The grass area has not been re-instated and contains stones / rubble. There is a square hole starting to appear in the verge

  • This looks like a Utility company has worked here and not completed it , It would need and OCC Inspector to inspect and issue a defect notice for them to come back and compete there works

  • ‘Thank you for your report. Based on our assessment, the highlighted area does not currently meet the criteria for immediate intervention under our Highway Safety Inspection Policy. This verge has been re-instated to our policy level, utilities are not enforced to top soil any ground they have carried out works on. They are requested to lay all materials back on the land they have dug up/excavated, and lay grass seed to let the verges come back naturally
