Door is failing to lock and is a security issue ....Needs fixing ASAP.

    Still open, via questionnaire

  • This has been marked as completed by the contractor. 04.08.2025 "(W3W - truck.mile.pounds) Attended emergency, MED not locking. Checked RTE and fireman's switch and all ok. Checked at panel and found voltage going out to magnets. De-installed magnet post and found both magnets damaged/faulty, will not work. Re-instated post and adjusted door closer as door was slamming. /2 REPLACE 2X MAGNETS"
