Traffic light sequence is off.

The traffic lights to enter the roundabout only seem to let two cars though before changing immediately back to red - the sequence seems totally off.
There is also issue on the other side of the roundabout where the traffic lights are triggering unnecessarily for a side road that has no traffic waiting.
