Domestic refuse collection in Thurston

Sent to Mid Suffolk District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7963854.

The collection vehicle is in dire need of maintenance. Every time is raises a wheelie bin it's bearings make hell of a squealing noise that can be heard from one end of the village to the other.
