Bin in middle of path again

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7963376.

Number 53 keep putting wheelie bins in the middle of the path blocking it. Instead of putting with the other bins. Every week and at stupid times to wake people up.

  • Still not sorted. Seems as tho council don't care. Overweight, bald man is still causing problems.

  • Council say they will ask for bin not to be left in a stupid place and either don't or just get ignored because the problem is still on going. No faith in the council to get this resolved.
