Pot hole and Ridge forming in road

This collapse/ dip of the road outside number 38 Cypress Ave reaching over to 25 Cypress Ave is causing a nuisance when the buses go over it causing the bus to give a loud thumping/thudding sound- the busses don’t all slow down on the approach to the bend hence the thud as it hits the dip Please can you fill with tarmac across road into the dip like you have done down Beech Avenue in certain areas - thank you
