Dangerously overgrown Bridlepath

Bridlepath from the Angmering by Pass up to Highdown is so overgrown in places that even if it was still wide enough for 2 horses to pass the height is such that no horse and rider combination could go under the low trees and bushes. I reported this last year but nothing happened and now it is dangerously overgrown preventing walkers, cyclists and horses to pass safely. The entrance/exit to the bridlepath is so overgrown at the top on Highdown that it is almost impossible to find.
