Pavements obstructed by parked cars.

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7959057.

Everyday I have to walk into the road to get passed cars that are parked on the pavements. One house has a motorhomeparked on one side of the road and a car completely parked on the pavement opposite! All houses have off road parking.
