Amber motors parking in road from 8am-18.00pm making it dangerous to pass

Amber motors have no on site parking so park all cars in a long line from the roundabout on beacon hill opposite lidls up past their garage over the hill and down to the next residential road for 000’s yds! makes passing difficult, dangerous on the brow of the hill and only single road left for two way traffic making passing difficult, parking opposite the industrial estate making it difficult to get in and out, also advertising signage on the footpath opposite their garage ( Harts new objective to stamp out advertising and fly posting). Cars come off beacon hill and meet cars head on which is a accident waiting to happen.
