  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 52 days.

  • Investigation: Ongoing (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry, and please accept our apologies for the delay in completing this work. We are currently prioritising urgent safety‑related defects, which has caused some rescheduling.

    These works have now been rearranged for 12th March.
