A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.

Ref 8322305 Just asking for an update on the drain cover outside my drive way . The drain is becoming slowly worse , and I’m worried as when I drive in and out of my property I can’t avoid driving over it . I reported it before and the wrong drain was repaired .
