Street cleaning and issues with fly tipping

I’d like to report the following issues: lack of street cleaning; the issues with weeds and grass overgrown on the pavement, which causes problems with wheel chair access and pushchairs for families to access cars and recently we’ve had lots of problems with fly tipping of which the recent issues have been abandoned mattresses and bed frames. These have been dumped along the grass verge. Your support in this matter is hugely appreciated. Thank you
