The hedge is obscuring the VAS

The hedge has grown up and around the VAS which is preventing it from working. The hedge is along the fence line for the Thames Water pumping station (ASTON NORTH ST SPS ASTOP4ZZ). This VAS is due for replacement in the next few weeks and the hedge will need to be reduced to do this. The Parish Council can arrange this but as it is not our hedge and is on the edge of Thames Water property/OCC footpath we are not sure who needs to give permission/carry out the work.
