Abandoned car in parking area

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7945957.

As I understand it even a SORN vehicle cannot be parked in the parking area. Fiat Bravo Registration WR57 NWN has been SORN and left to decay in the parking area of Farnham Drive for some time now.
