Gullies and ditches on Earls Lane not cleared

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7945710.

This problem has been reported numerous times on this site over the past few years and remedial action promised. But the drainage ditches running alongside north side of Earls Lane have not been cleared despite frequent flooding.
