Tree Foliage And Tree Shortening

Tree Foliage out of control and needs to be completely removed as been mentioned for multiple years. Foliage also growing over fence into our garden with ivy damaging the fence.

Tree was trimmed previously last year but needs a good cut and shortening if you are not going to remove it as asked multiple years as well. Half of the tree height needs to be removed if you are not going to remove it. The tree would need serious shaping as well once shortened by half it's current size.

This was mentioned this year and the reason you did not act was due to birds nesting and end of year budget. This has now passed and would appreciate it if you would now act and deal with this tree and monitor it.
