Pavement blocked by building materials

Pavement blocked since Saturday 25th 0800 with driveway building materials and during daytime a lorry which makes it difficult to pass as it is parked adjacent to a road crossing point. I can't see the bus or other large vehicles keeping to the left of the crossing bollard
