Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7939751.

White Mercedes mini-bus private hire vehicle abandoned. Has not moved for months, has no MOT and is blocking footpath completely. Reg YC13 BXB.

Updates

Luton Borough council will not accept reports via Fixmystreet. They force you to report it online via an account via a hopeless website and then close the report without any change to the original problem.
