Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7939339.

Turning right from either direction on Bricknell Avenue ie into National or Fairfax Avenue using filter lanes - the lights will not go green for cyclists. Something to do with detection loops I guess. Can it be sorted please by fitting other sensors.
