Given you love a risk matrix, how high up in same does this illicit banner - on pedestrian safety barriers at a busy junction used by local school weans daily - rate as a driver distraction thus danger.

So, please remove and phone them: 07765 675 139 - as per the 2021-2026 Litter Prevention Action Plan. You have heard of it, right?

If it's not removed, another formal complaint goes in.
