Double parking and not parking on kerb

The cars in the pictures (plus others not present in the photo) are constantly blocking the road to wider vehicles because of double parking/ not parking on the kerb. Some bin collections have been missed because the bin wagons are unable to get through. Other larger vehicles would not be able to get through either in an emergency. This has been going on for many months and nothing has changed despite being highlighted to the vehicle owners in the pictures.
