The hedge is encroaching over the footpath, narrowing it considerably. This has been getting worse year on year. The hedge is hawthorn and bramble with some pieces at eye level, creating a safety issue. It is difficult to pass especially for people with young children and those with limited mobility who find it difficult to walk on the grass verge.
