Overgrown trees and bushes blocking footpath

Along Cabot Drive, on the right hand side as you walk towards Greenwood School there are bushes, branches and trees overgrown across the footpath and there isn't space to walk along or even with pushchairs or wheelchair/mobility scooter. The branches are sharp and growing over the path and into the property adjacent, Number 1 Courtier Close. Please can this be cut back appropriately.
