Overgrown hedgerow bordering Millway (again)

I report this problem every 3-4 years. I am advised this is the new way to report this issue. The hedgerow between our property and Millway (trees are after the boundary line belonging to the council) has again grown out of control in height. Last time it was cut we were promised it would be regularly maintained so it didn’t get to the same height again. It has not been cut since November 2021 as is back to the height that blocks light in our property. Please arrange for the hedgerow to be cut asap.
