Public footpath sign has been removed

On Tuesday 15th July at 2.30pm I noticed one of the Public Footpath signs had been taken from the post at the Malvern Rd entrance to Troopers Hill Field, nearest postcode BS5 8JA. This may be an issue for Bristol City Council's Public Rights of Way team rather than the Parks maintenance team.
