Extremely dangerous junction

Turning onto the A272 from the B3046 can be extremely dangerous. Traffic travelling along the A272 from Winchester to Petersfield is technically subject to a 30 mph limit, but this is often breached, meaning that pulling out, with limited visibility around the "Old Cheriton Shop" house, is simply a gamble. Over the past 3 years, I have personally had 4 or 5 VERY close calls with everything from a Fiat 500 to large lorries. I think the junction requires a mirror at the very least as it is only a matter of time.

This report was misunderstood and closed prematurely.
There isn't enough visibility far enough up the A272 towards Winchester to safely pull out of this junction.
Drivers waiting at the junction can see approximately 23m up the A272. The required stopping distance for a car travelling at 30mph is 23m. As the A272 has a 30 mph limit here, this is tight in good conditions but not adequate in less-than-ideal conditions. However, 44-tonne lorries regularly travel here. Their stopping distance from 30mph is 36 metres.
This junction is dangerous and I believe it is only a matter of time before something bad happens.
Taking into account all factors, I have calculated that the danger zone is actually 67 m, which puts anyone pulling out at risk even if all traffic is obeying the speed limit.
