15 drains fully or partially blocked after resurfacing work

Despite attempted forewarning (ignored by LES), 30% of the drains along this resurfaced stretch of Dumbarton Rd are either partially or fully blocked..

This will, inevitably, cause more flooding, potholes, ruts, sunken drains... so why weren't they tackled prior to of immediately after this resurfacing work?

And why did no-one on GCC see fit to check the finished work?
