The road is like a bomb site having tons of pot holes and bumps

It’s dangerous to cars and cyclists to go along here. At night cycling it’s a nightmare and needs totally resurfacing - do a proper job please as this has been like this for ages . Would be very grateful if this could be done and further up the road
