Three tents by the Mosque & Victoria bridge

I am writing to draw your attention to a persistent environmental health matter in green area by riverside. 55.85314° N, 4.25162° W. Since May 2025, three tents have been pitched on the grassed area. Over the past several weeks, large amounts of litter—plastic bags, food packaging, and used tissues—have accumulated around these tents. The number of graffitis including on the tents themselves has also increased.
