Project finishing up, but road worse than ever

This entire length of street from Anderston to Brown street has been seeing a 'transformation' for active travel. With this wonderful project seems to come degredation to those who do not active travel. There is literally a pipe now sticking out of the road at Douglas street junction that was absolutely not there prior to the beginning of this work. Not to mention the craters outside the tesco further along and the massive lump of unflattened patchwork between Oak and Brown.
