Vast fly tipping throughout an access lane

This fly tipping has been going on for months and seems to just be getting worse. Many residents have reported this to Glasgow City Council but they say it is a privately owned lane. The residents that use this lane to access the rear of their properties do NOT own any part of this lane but yet it affects us the most. It is attracting vermin and fly tipping regardless of public or private land should be dealt with by the local authorities when it becomes this bad.
