Drains constantly blocking up

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7927578.

Every time it rains the whole streets surface water rushes down to outside number 1,3 & 10. and causes flooding. all drains get blocked up so quickly due to dirt and leaves coming off the trees. issue has been present since we moved here (Nov 2024).

This is still an ongoing issue! Our property is at risk of flooding everytime it rains
