Overgrown vegetation from abandoned house

Hello,

I live at 199 Pantbach Road and our rear garden backs onto 4 Ty’n Y Cae Grove, which has been empty for a number of years.

The vegetation from the garden has been increasingly encroaching on our garden, to the point you can see in the attached photos.

I’ve cut what I can back, but without going into the neighbouring garden, I can only do so much.

Does Cardiff Council have a policy where abandoned houses are maintained as not to cause detriment to occupied properties neighbouring them?
