Dangerous drop when wet in winter
Reported via desktop in the Other damage to pavement i.e. cobbles, raised mound/surface category anonymously at 09:09, Thu 24 July 2025
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7925129.
A great job was done a few years back to replace the old foot bridge. The problem was the handrail was pushed into the hedge but not left on the slope on to the bridge. There is plenty of handrail in the hedge which is a waste. When muddy this is dangerous as nothing to hold on to when approaching the small slope. A well used footpath that just needs a small adjustment to make it safe. An extra post and short rail maybe.
